Lesson 1 - What's a Portfolio?
Ideas: What a portfolio is and the strengths/weaknesses of using one to assess knowledge. Lesson 2 - Paper or Digital? Ideas: Comparison of paper and digital portfolios; introduction to the idea of digital footprint. Lesson 3 - The QSI Portfolio Ideas: Types of portfolio artifacts required for a QSI Writing Portfolio unit and the components of each artifact. Lesson 4 - Reflective Writing Ideas: How to write reflectively and resources that can help. Lesson 5 - Website First Steps Ideas: Setting up a free website account, choosing a stylistic theme, and publishing it to the web. Lesson 6 - Creating Individual Pages Ideas: Creating individual artifact pages complete with placeholder text. Lesson 7 - The Home Page Ideas: Setting up home page with a Reflection Document area and an image.
